Located in North Vancouver and Online. Benchmark Counselling Group is the passionate creation of dedicated registered therapeutic counsellors. We have spent well over a decade helping people develop new skills and learn about themselves in an environment that is safe, caring and challenging. We are committed to supporting individuals, families, teens and couples to live more fulfilling lives! We are client-centered counselling therapists who take an integrative and holistic approach to anxiety, stress, parenting issues, grief and loss, couples issues, anger, and trauma.
Sessions are experiential; we will have the opportunity to explore, express, and test your thoughts, feelings and behaviors in order to 'rewire' old patterns. By consciously focusing on your resources and by having wins along the way you will build your capacity not only to take the suffering out of pain but to experience deep joy and gratitude.
Our passion for therapeutic work stems from our own lived experiences, and personal challenges, from anxiety and burn-out to co-dependency, life transitions, depression, parenting struggles and life satisfaction.
