I know how OCD “themes” feel scary to share. Maybe it’s guilt, fear, shame or all of them. I will help you face those fears and work towards the life you deserve to live regardless of what message OCD tells you.
If you have ADHD, we will explore ways to improve the ways perfectionism, stress, inattention, relationships other challenges emerge. I also support families that navigate a love one’s neurodivergence.
I work with people facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and life transitions. Our work is collaborative and practical, focused on helping you relate differently to difficult thoughts, reconnect with what matters, and take meaningful steps forward—even when things feel hard.
I have a particular passion for working with OCD, anxiety, depression, ADHD and faith issues (Christianity). I’m especially mindful of how fear, shame, and guilt often sit beneath the surface, and how difficult it can be to let someone see the places that hurt the most.
