I aim to provide a new perspective on the difficulties you face, and help you uncover the abilities that you already have that will allow you to overcome those difficulties.
I strongly believe in a person’s right and ability to choose. You can learn to choose to engage in thoughts and behaviours that will propel you towards your goals, and I want to empower you by helping you explore your strengths and uncover solutions to problems that work for you.
As a husband and father, I understand that sometimes taking time for yourself can be challenging, inconvenient, and, at times, seemingly impossible. However, working through your problems can enhance your ability to be present and find greater joy in your life now.
