Choosing a therapist is definitely an intimidating process. Hell, therapy itself can be intimidating! This reality speaks directly to my goal as a counsellor.

I work with all types of people (including people like you!). My specialties are Couples Counselling and Sex Therapy, Neurodiverse Couples Therapy (ADHD & Autism in Relationships), and Individual Therapy for people feeling “stuck”.

My priority is making clients feel at ease and comfortable. I believe one of the fundamental priorities in therapy is forming a connection between us - I could be the best therapist in the world but if aren't connected then success is unlikely!
On a personal note, I am married to a neurodiverse partner and have five daughters. My therapeutic perspective and approach is built off of lived experience.
