I have 17 years experience in the addiction field and have worked with anxiety, depression, trauma and LGBT/trans health. I use evidence based treatments including mindfulness meditation and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also have training in EFT, trauma (somatic experiencing), mindfulness, eating disorders and motivational interviewing and ACT.
