I provide Psychotherapy and Psychological assessments to children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing a wide range of issues, including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, aggression/anger, behavioural challenges, bullying, and emotional regulation. I provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which is an evidence-based form of therapy that focuses on how thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs impact and influence our emotions and behavioural reactions. I also provide Psychological and Psychoeducational assessments for individuals who are experiencing concerns including ADHD, Learning Disabilities/Disorders, Giftedness, Intellectual Disability, Behavioural Challenges, and other associated difficulties that may impact an individual's functioning.
After the assessment process, clients leave with practical, evidence-based recommendations that will assist and support their future learning and functioning. My goal is to assist in maximizing well-being and opportunities for success.
