I am a registered Psychological Associate with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. I provide individual and couple therapy out of my quiet Sandy Hill office located on the lower level of a former lumber baron's mansion. Wednesdays I share space at 2039 Robertson Road, Suite 501, at the back of Bell Mews Plaza. I have experience working with childhood abuse, emotional regulation including anger, depression and grief as well as sexual identity and sexual expression; separation or divorce; and, improving interpersonal or work relationships.
I am a fluently bilingual experienced professional who has worked in the Ottawa region for over 20 years. I have worked with a wide variety of clients from various workplace settings, ethnicity and sexual orientations. I work in a collaborative and emotion focused framework. I can provide a structured anger management program.
I am a registered provider with Blue Cross and have worked with Military personnel extensively. I am also a registered provider with Criminal Injuries Compensation Board (CICB) of Ontario. with the HCAI system (for those who have experienced Motor Vehicle Accidents, with WSIB (Workers Safety Insurance Board) and with NIHB (non-insured health benefits -- for First Nations individuals).
