I originate from a Northern Ontario community but have been happily settled in the Ottawa area for over 20 years. I am a bilingual (fluent in French and English), Social Worker and it has been my great pleasure to work in the field of mental health social work with Children, Youth and Adults since 2006. I specialize in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused, and Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy techniques with clients struggling with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, family and relationship issues, anger issues, substance abuse, high risk behaviors, disordered eating, trauma and abuse.
