Single-session therapy is collaborative and goal-focused, helping you take clear steps forward. I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help process trauma. Narrative Therapy and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy support reframing and moving through challenges. Talk Therapy helps you debrief so you don’t carry it day to day.
