I am a cis-gendered female, Indigenous, queer and ADHD identified therapist who specializes in supporting your specific needs with a personalized plan of care. My personal lived experience has helped shape the work I do with my clients in the 2SLGBTQ+ community and people with ADHD. I strive to create a safe, inclusive and inviting space for my clients by ensuring they feel heard, seen, and validated. We are all so unique and therefore, the work we do together is completely personalized and custom to YOU.

I currently offer 1-1 Individual, couples and family therapy online via a protected video platform that is PHIPA approved. We will work together to develop a unique plan of care to ensure you get what you are looking for out of your therapeutic journey.
