Accepting new clients! I aim to support teens, adults, and couples as they process their experiences, heal, and make meaningful changes in their futures, helping them become the best versions of themselves through therapy. I focus on providing a safe space where clients are honoured, supported, and respected as they share their experiences and work through challenges. I aim to provide a warm, non-judgmental environment to discuss what matters most. I am passionate about supporting teens, couples, and adults to navigate difficult life transitions, stress, anxiety, and relational issues. I also provide sex therapy.

I take a collaborative, culturally sensitive, and integrative approach to therapy. I tailor each session to the client’s unique needs and individuality. My approach is informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy and the Gottman method, and sex therapy literature.

I am a Qualifying Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I have completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) at Yorkville University. I invite you to reach out and ask as many questions as you would like.
