About
As a Relational Therapist, I am here to help you work with your lived experience. Past and ongoing traumas, destructive patterns of relating, and major life changes can all be overwhelming to hold. How you feel can be hard to put into words. I offer the safety and support of therapeutic connection in times of difficulty and crisis. In the right context, talking can help. By exploring and understanding patterns of relating, new ways of being in relationship can emerge for my clients.
Therapy is not only for the most difficult times. You may feel a need to re-imagine of your life, or wonder how you can access parts of your self that seem shut away. My approach is collaborative and invested in clients' creativity, resilience, and unique self.
I am committed to cultural humility, and always aim to keep in mind how your multiple identities (class, race, gender, culture, sexuality, and so on) impact both the issues you bring to therapy, and your experiences in life.
