I am Brooke Evans, a dedicated yoga practitioner and Teacher and a holistic wellness counsellor with a passion for guiding individuals and families towards balance and recovery.
I bring over a decade of experience supporting individuals on their transformative journey towards healing and self-discovery. With a Master's in Social Work and registration with the BC College of Social Workers, and extensive knowledge and training in yoga and mindfulness, I merge evidence-based practices such as EMDR, Compassionate Inquiry (Dr. Gabor Mate) CBT, Somatic Approaches with a profound respect for diverse wisdom traditions of this land.
I offer gentle, holistic counselling that treats the whole person and considers the connection of the mind/body/spirit. When we feel a disconnect to any aspects of our self it is often experienced as stress, fear, anxiety, depression, anger. Counselling and guidance can support your journey back to wholeness.
