You might look completely fine to everyone around you, and still feel quietly exhausted, unsure, or angry on the inside. Maybe you've learned to be accommodating, capable, and responsible — often to the point where you’re carrying far more than your share. You may overthink decisions, struggle to say no, replay conversations long after they’re over, or feel guilty for having needs at all. These patterns often get normalized rather than questioned. If you’re constantly managing other people’s expectations, second-guessing yourself, or over-functioning, you are not alone. I've personally been there, too.

We are living through an era of painful transitions for many people, as we navigate a time of significant economic, social, political, generational, and spiritual change. During this overwhelming time, I support individuals, couples, and families (18+) who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, grief and loss, and relationship concerns. Additional challenges I work with include loneliness and alienation, life changes and transitions, chronic illnesses, ambiguous loss, addictions, frustration/burnout for those navigating systemic issues like workplace concerns, and spiritual crises and awakenings.

I am an RSW & RCC offering traditional talk and specialized therapies. I provide Psilocybin, MDMA, and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy to clients who have been granted legal access by Health Canada, as well as psychedelic preparation and integration therapy to the broader public as a harm reduction measure. For clients seeking rapid recovery from trauma and other mental health conditions, I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a highly effective memory reconsolidation procedure. I also have a passion for working with people who use substances from a harm reduction philosophy which includes abstinence if that is one's stated goal.

Nervous system dysregulation is the top cause of many of our modern day issues. This dysregulation manifests as anxiety, poor sleeps, chronic fatigue, difficulty in relationships, struggling with motivation and so much more. Do people describe you as too sensitive or insensitive? Do little things set you off? Maybe you feel powerless to control your moods and thoughts? Rebuild your capacity. Replenish your resiliency. Find regulation in your nervous system and rediscover sound sleep, a robust immune system, motivation to realize your dreams and an improved sense of self.

With over a decade of experience in mental health, I work with individuals who feel stuck in patterns that aren’t changing—often despite previous insight and reflection. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, and are looking for deeper, lasting change, particularly in relationships, emotional patterns, or ways of coping. Together we work to understand and shift the deeper emotional and relational patterns that keep you feeling stuck. I integrate depth psychology and EMDR to support the processing of trauma and unresolved experiences, helping shift patterns that can be difficult to change.

Please contact me directly if you are a Veteran, RCMP member, or CAF member who needs support completing the Medical Questionnaire for Psychological Conditions (PEN6248) for a disability application. I have extensive experience completing these disability assessment forms. The VAC disability application process can be daunting and painful. I always do my best to guide members through this process compassionately, with the precise relevant information gathered and presented, no more and no less. I try to reduce, as much as possible, the pain that can be caused by unnecessarily revisiting difficult and traumatic memories.

Racialized adults, trauma-exposed professionals, couples in crisis, neurodiverse people, and others. I've noticed a trend... Some people wait as long as they can before getting support, others reach out early, but no one is better off alone. Trauma holds us back. Neurodiversity complicates things (like navigating a society not designed with you in mind!). Grief, Loss, and other Life Transitions pile on extra stress during trying times. With support, I'm confident you'll find your way forward.

Currently accepting new clients. I am inspired by the resiliency that can be found in people from all walks of life, and in every corner of the globe. I believe there is strength to be found in everyone, sometimes it just takes a nurturing hand, an understanding ear, and an open heart to create opportunity for individuals to find what is innately within themselves.
