Great-West Life Therapists in Victoria, BC
My method is not so much about solving our problems, it's about outgrowing them as we expand and deepen our perspective and personal narrative through soul-centered conversations and work with dreams and stories.
I work with individuals of all ages who are feeling stuck in their professional, emotional and spiritual development, helping them investigate the limiting thoughts, beliefs and behaviours that are holding them back from realizing their full potential for love, intimacy, creativity and enjoyment of life.
My approach is inspired by C.G. Jung, James Hillman, Thomas Moore and others who work with a soul-centered approach.

Do you find your life too vacuous? Are you hoping to find deeper meaning and more connection with your deepest Self and have more meaningful relationships? Have you thought that there is something wrong with you? In our disconnected dopamine-seeking society, we have lost touch with our basic goodness and our deep yearnings for closeness. We think that we need to put up a brave face, or we give up before even trying. We don't trust our intuition, having lost touch with following our gut. We look for distractions to dull our often unacknowledged pain, our uncertainty what life is about. Our existential angst has become medicalized.

“The two most important days in your life are the day you were born and the day you figure out why.” — Mark Twain
Therapy is not about labels or being told what to do. It is about understanding yourself, making meaningful choices, and creating lasting change. I believe people are more than their symptoms, diagnoses, or past experiences. Whether you are facing trauma, addiction, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, therapy can help you better understand your story, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and direction.

If your mind gets caught in cycles of worry, rumination, obsessive or intrusive thoughts, you know how exhausting and isolating that can feel. You may also be carrying grief, navigating a painful family relationship, or feeling burnt out after spending so much of your life caring for others. I work with teens (13+) and adults across British Columbia who want more than temporary symptom relief—they want to understand themselves with greater compassion, learn practical skills to manage anxiety and OCD, and reconnect with what matters most in their lives.

There are many moments throughout life that we are invited into deeper awareness. Often, these moments are catalyzed by experiences of profound suffering. You may be moving through a major life transition, processing an impactful experience, navigating relationship conflict, or experiencing loss of purpose. Many clients who seek an analytic approach are looking to move beyond conventional forms of therapy and toward profound soul work. Jungian Analysis can be a supportive container for those who wish to explore deeper ways of relating to themselves and others, and are open to the transformative power of working with dreams.

You've done the work. Read the books, gone to therapy, maybe even had powerful insights. And still, something doesn't fully shift.
On the surface, your life works. You're capable and self-aware. But underneath, shame still lingers. Old patterns still repeat. Burnout still creeps in. There's a persistent sense that you're not fully inhabiting your own life.
This isn't a failure of insight. It's often a sign that healing asks for more than understanding alone.
I work with thoughtful, reflective adults who are ready for therapy that doesn't just make sense, it changes how it feels to be them.

At Allura, we know and understand that sexuality is one of the most fun but complicated parts of humanity, while also one of the hardest to find a safe and non-judgmental space to speak openly about. Do you feel overwhelmed when you think about your sexuality, sex life, or relationship? Do you wish for more connection and excitement with your partner? Do you sometimes feel stress or anxiety fill your life? We can help with that. Our clients are professionals, parents, sometimes monogamous and sometimes polyamorous, LGBTQ+ - but they all share one thing in common: they are struggling with their sexuality in some way.

With 17 years of experience, I help people navigate anxiety, grief, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, spiritual exploration & the many seasons of being human. While insight is important, healing often requires more than simply talking about our experiences. Together, we listen to the wisdom of the body, process emotions, regulate the nervous system, reconnect with inner wisdom & cultivate meaningful change. At the heart of it, I help people come home to themselves - reclaiming their voice, trusting their intuition, and reconnecting with parts of themselves that have been hidden, silenced, or forgotten.

Hello! As a South Asian woman of colour, I have grown up and experienced living in a multicultural society, balancing the different identities that may come from being a child of immigrants as well as having peers of differing backgrounds. This has helped me develop a unique understanding of the experiences of those similar and different to me. I understand that our cultural upbringings, beliefs, and values may both help and hinder us in some ways as we grow into who we are today. We are made up of so many parts that make us who we are, and that is so important to understand and work with for your mental health and wellbeing.
