People often come to me when something important in their life or relationships no longer feels like it's working. They may be trying to reconnect with their partner, navigate a major life transition, explore intimacy or sexual identity, find direction in career/work, or discover who they are meant to be. My role is to hold space for all of that in the sacred and important container therapy can offer. I listen carefully to what is happening as well as what is standing between them and where/who they want to be. Using evidence based psychotherapy and somatic approaches, we craft meaningful strategies toward change.

Hello, I am a Licensed Psychologist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia and I work individually with adults from across the province via secure video. It is very important to me to have a practice that is respectful and inclusive of the many ways that we as humans are different - ethnicity, culture, gender, physical ability, sexual orientation, age, size, immigration status, etc. I work hard to offer a safe space to work on the issues that bring you to therapy and I take responsibility for any mistakes I make.

The benefits of my approach lie in using different techniques, tailored to the client's unique personality. Some clients like a directive approach, they want to be guided, to be given an almost 'engineering' model explaining our inner life; some prefer a non-directive, client-centered approach, where they would explore their inner landscape with the therapist as a co-traveler. All clients have relational needs which need to be addressed to, and the therapeutic relationship provides safety, validation, 'repaired' parenting, mutuality, client's self-definition and empowerment. Helping clients practice autonomy is my passion!

Welcome! Life can be overwhelming at times. Whether you're feeling stuck, anxious, disconnected, or going through a major life change. I’m here to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can begin to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and feel supported as you move forward. I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, identity questions, and life transitions. I have a particular passion for supporting young adults as they work through the pressures of growing up in today’s world.

Are you considering separating from your partner because trust has been deeply violated? Are you scared of losing your relationship and want to reconnect with your partner? We begin with a process of healing that honours the truth of your experience. Where there is disconnection, we create emotional space to be understood. Where there is a cycle of conflict, we build structure that makes productive conversations possible. Together we work towards a relationship that is honestly repaired or consciously redefined. I also specialize in anxiety, ADHD, and substance use.

I know how difficult it can feel to be human some days. When painful thoughts and emotions take over- it can feel impossible to find a way forward. You get stuck fighting with and blaming yourself for feeling this way. Relationships can suffer, and it's hard to connect with what really matters. You don't have to do this alone —and humans aren't made to. It takes courage to seek support. As painful as these feelings might be, with the right support and guidance, they can also become a doorway to personal growth. Together, we'll slow down, tend to what feels heavy, and find what is needed for deeper healing.

I see clients in-person and online - am accepting new clients at this time. Life can feel overwhelming at times and all of us can benefit from outside help at some point in our lives. It takes courage to reach out for that help and so welcome to my page. I treat each client differently because we are all different. What is common though is my belief in a collaborative approach. Together we can prioritize issues so that you can become the best version of yourself - your authentic true self.. I have lived experience with ADHD. Coping strategies help alot. NOTE: I do not use A.I. in my practice. 100% confidentiality guaranteed.

In Sanskrit, the human condition is known as "PurashArth" translated as the meaning of existence. That is we all want to be happy, we work towards being happy, and we seek eternal happiness. In my practice and personal lived experience, I have observed that we all have a desire to be 'seen', and 'heard', this is how we feel included. When these three are missing, we become stuck here and do not know how to step out into our true Self. I strongly believe that once we make that choice to seek our true Self, together the therapist and client evolve toward their goals. To find that peace and joy that is not in the far distance but here.

There is so much going on in the world today, alongside personal issues that we are all navigating. We might get really good at appearing okay, while on the inside we feel drained, find relationships difficult, or feel unclear about our direction. Symptoms from these patterns can manifest in both the mind and the body, manifesting as stress and burnout. Many people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, yet still feel stuck or overwhelmed in ways that are hard to shift alone. Together, we will explore patterns with curiosity, and begin to make sense of what’s going on in order to shift towards more clarity, ease. and growth.
