My approach to counselling begins with a supportive and nurturing environment. I provide options for healing, working with the strengths each client brings. I do body centered work in the sessions and also provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I provide couples therapy using the Developmental Model and Gottman Couples Therapy. I am a Certified Yoga Instructor and Yamuna Body Rolling Instructor and I incorporate this into the counselling when appropriate. I have an eclectic style and work with clients to determine what works best for them.
