I believe that psychotherapy in essence is a collaborative process that aims to increase psychological well-being and reduce emotional pain, loneliness and languishing which are ever present in today's world. At the heart of this process, is the positive healing relationship that develops between an individual, a couple or a family, and the therapist. I offer clients a non-judgemental, empathic and queer affirmative space where they learn to identify and tolerate their emotions, articulate appropriately their needs to significant people in their life and work on breaking away from toxic negative cycles.

You don't have to carry this weight alone, Not anymore.
Maybe anxiety wakes you up at 3am. Maybe old patterns keep playing out in your relationships. Maybe you've been carrying pain — generational, cultural, or deeply personal — that no one around you has ever talked about, let alone healed. Whatever brought you here, you're not broken. And you're not alone.
Reaching out for therapy takes courage, especially when prioritizing your own wellbeing feels unfamiliar or selfish. This is a space where you don't have to explain yourself, justify your struggles, or hold it together. You can simply show up — and begin.

You’ve been carrying more than anyone realizes. Anxiety, shame, and old hurts show up when you least expect them. You want closeness, but trusting people feels risky. You blame yourself, feel “not good enough,” and worry there’s something wrong with you. You think that because you’re an adult, you should be able to just “get over it.” You push yourself to move on and try not to think about the past, but it follows you wherever you go. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.

If you’ve been looking through multiple profiles, this a gentle reminder that taking one small step forward can be more meaningful than not reaching out at all. I work with adults impacted by relational and event-based trauma, including intimate partner violence (IPV), emotional abuse, difficult relationships, and motor vehicle accidents. Many of my clients come in experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, feeling “stuck,” difficulty trusting or feeling disconnected from who they used to be. I support clients in processing trauma’s impact across mind and body while building insight, regulation, resilience, and growth.
