My work focuses on occupational stress injuries and childhood, relational, and attachment trauma. I support those experiencing traumatic loss, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I specialize in supporting first responders and their families.

I work with women navigating abandonment, trauma and painful childhood experiences that still show up today as overthinking, burnout, people-pleasing, or weak boundaries. You look like you’re holding things together, but inside, you feel exhausted, anxious, or shut down in relationships. You might feel on edge, disconnected, or unsafe fully being yourself, especially in close relationships where it matters most. Even when you try to stay calm, your body reacts before you can think. In our work together, you’ll have a safe, compassionate space to gently shift these patterns so you can feel grounded, calm, and at home in yourself.

In summary, there are three phases that overlap in our approach to psychotherapy:
1-Exploration of past (life story), current life situation and determination of intentions for the future;
2-Awareness of personality dynamics, inner dialogue and beliefs related to self, others and the world;
3-Integration and development of tools to practice new ways of being, feeling, doing and relating to environment.

No one’s entirely powerless or one hundred percent stoic in the face of challenging circumstances. Counselling cannot immediately alter the external factors of your situation, but it can encourage a better response from you. I wish, through counselling, you will find opportunities for growth and change.
