Hi and welcome! It is my mission to support people in a safe, non-judgmental space on their journey toward a life full of harmony, freedom and meaning. My experience has taught me that genuine presence, validation, open communication and even the smallest steps toward healing can help your growth.
My clinical psychology training allowed me to acquire CBT-based, psychodynamic, family-oriented and person-centered methods, as well as several indirect techniques (e.g. symbolic, relaxation, imaginative and more), which I have used in my practice to help individuals and couples with a wide range of mental health concerns.

People often come to therapy because something in their inner life no longer feels workable. Patterns repeat, symptoms persist, or there is a sense of being stuck despite effort and understanding. I view emotional distress—and at times even physical symptoms—as meaningful expressions of how a person has learned to adapt in order to stay connected, safe, or intact.

At the heart of this therapeutic practice is the idea that problems lie between you and others as opposed to within you. How do you relate to your loved ones, strangers, and the world at large? Questions such as these will help you understand not only what you could change in your life, but also how to change it. The cultivation of truth occurs through building lasting trust: This is the core of working effectively towards solutions and change together. A heart of non-judgment, encouragement, empowerment, and tools are provided so that you can work through trauma from the past as well as practice new ways of living in the world.

As a psychologist, my ideal client is someone who arrives not with all the answers, but with a genuine willingness to explore their inner world. They might initially present with anxiety, depression, trauma, or a sense of being stuck—common issues that often mask deeper emotional struggles or unmet developmental needs. These clients are often in transition and they’re seeking clarity, meaning, and a stronger sense of self. What makes this client “ideal” is not the severity or type of issue they bring, but their openness to self-inquiry and their readiness to engage in the therapeutic process.

People often come to counseling feeling disconnected from the person they know themselves to be, or uncertain about how to navigate life’s challenges. You may be seeking counseling because you feel like you’re hanging on by a thread, overwhelmed by life, or struggling to keep up with rapid changes around you. After working together, many clients report feeling less alone in their struggles, with a clearer understanding of themselves and a renewed sense of empowerment.

You can explain exactly why you get anxious, why you pull away in relationships, why you doubt yourself despite your accomplishments. But understanding hasn't changed the pattern. The same reactions still show up. Maybe you've done therapy before. It gave you insight, but not transformation. You're done analyzing. You're ready to work with what's creating these responses: the insecurity, attachment wounds, and patterns in your nervous system. You're looking for a therapist who will guide meaningful inner work that rewires the beliefs, emotional wounds, and stuck patterns underneath. You want real change, not just validation.
