Maybe you’ve been feeling emotionally drained, moving through the days with a quiet heaviness. Or you’re questioning who you are, especially when parts of your identity pull you in different directions. You might feel stuck in relationships, unheard, or caught in repeating patterns.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I offer a client-centered, culturally responsive space. With a background in corporate life, I understand the toll of stress, perfectionism, and burnout—especially when layered with cultural or relational expectations. As an Asian female, I bring sensitivity to the experience of navigating multiple worlds.

I have a deep curiosity about the human experience and a strong belief in the healing power of safe, trusting relationships. We all have an innate capacity to connect more to ourselves and others, and counselling can be a place to explore how to do this.
With warmth and curiosity, I support individuals 12+ with concerns related to anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, communication, religious trauma, identity exploration (including gender and sexuality), and the challenges of being a teenager. In additon to individual counselling, I also offer clinical consultation for counselling students currently in their master’s.

Life can sometimes be hard to navigate alone, especially with the extra layers of trauma, neurodiversity, major life redirects, and simply the world as it exists right now! My role is to offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can reflect, gain insight, begin to shift patterns, and plan a future you can get excited about.
Together, we’ll focus on what’s most important to you, whether that’s understanding your emotions, improving relationships, or building tools to manage anxiety and overwhelm. I bring a calm, compassionate presence and a trauma-informed approach to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Do you feel like your anxiety rules your mind and you have no control? You may constantly battle racing thoughts, struggling to focus, and feeling restless. While striving for excellence and witnessing others' success, you're often left feeling anxious, inadequate, and behind. As a high achiever and perfectionist, even when you perform well and receive praise, you still doubt your achievements, feeling like an imposter or as though there's more you should be doing. Communicating your feelings and needs to others is incredibly challenging because you feel guilty asking for help and fear you may burden others.

I care about working with each and every client to recognize their unique strengths and struggles, and figure out together what works for them, (even if it means getting creative!)
I believe in steering away from seeing pain as pathology, and instead, being with you in the human experiences that make you who you are, and recognizing the strengths that you already possess. Fundamentally, I understand and work with how trauma impacts the body, and recognize the wisdom of the body in therapy.

For elementary aged children, I recommend booking a 40 minute session for $105
I work with primarily neurodivergent and/or queer people (of all ages, genders, identities) who want to pause, explore and reconnect. Societal expectations of how we should act and navigate the world can be exhausting. It can be hard to feel safe enough to reconnect with our inner selves, fearlessly use art materials, explore difficult topics, and live authentically. No art making experience needed. Everyone can make art.

Most of my clients are wired a little differently, and the work fits the wiring. I see neurodivergent adults and youth: the ADHD engineer who can build anything except a morning routine, the creative whose best ideas arrive at 2am while the paperwork never arrives at all, the parent trying to decode a kid who doesn't run on the standard operating system. Therapy with me is practical. We figure out how your particular brain actually works, then build strategies around it instead of forcing it into shapes that never fit. The goal: less overwhelm, more traction, and a daily life that feels like yours.

You may be feeling weighed down by stories that don’t feel like your own—stories shaped by past experiences, outside expectations, or traumatic experiences. This can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. You want to feel more grounded, authentic, and able to create a life that truly reflects who you are.
