I orient my counselling approach based on the client's needs. I am happy to be offering therapy to a diverse range of people. I especially love working with young adults, youth, international students, artists, creatives, and LGBTQ2Splus individuals. I work with anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, PTSD, substance use, grief, and loss. I am also open to working with pet owners who are experiencing grief related to the loss/death of their fur baby.
