I work with clients who come from a variety of backgrounds and specialize in trauma recovery, nervous system regulation and neuro-affirming care. My practice is neurobiologically informed and draws on somatic approaches, parts work (such as IFS), as well as conventional talk therapy. It’s important for me to provide my clients with a safe space to explore their thoughts and feelings. The therapeutic relationship offers so much potential for deeper healing, especially when you have attachment wounds from your early relationships.
