Are you a couple struggling to understand each other, left feeling disconnected, who are ready to take the uncomfortable step of working through it?
Or an individual, who finds yourself in constant thought patterns that aren't helping you, leading to underlying feelings of discontent?

I am an Autistic & ADHD counsellor offering neurodiversity-affirming counselling to those with Autistic and AuDHD (Autistic & ADHD) neurotypes. Many of the people I work with are newly identified or exploring and often carrying the impact of years of masking, burnout, and shame. Some of those I work with are also navigating chronic illness and disability, and grief and exhaustion that can come with it. Many are also queer or trans and are seeking a therapeutic space where their identities and relationships are affirmed by a counsellor who shares lived experience as queer person.

Life can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating trauma, abuse, anxiety, grief, or relationship challenges, you don’t have to carry it alone.
I bring years of frontline crisis and counselling experience supporting survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, and human trafficking. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, relational, and integrative approach that is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to you - not a one-size-fits-all approach.

It’s easy to get caught up in the noise - racing thoughts, endless tasks, expectations, trying to hold everything together. Life can start to feel like a loop of overwhelm, disconnection, and exhaustion. Maybe you feel like you’re always trying to keep up, always managing - but inside you feel out of control, misunderstood, disconnected from yourself, your body, your feelings, and the people around you. Pausing feels uncomfortable. And yet the pace you’ve been living at is unsustainable. I know this from my own experience navigating life as a highly sensitive person living with chronic health challenges.

Meaningful relationships are everything to me and a big part of why I became a therapist. When we feel safe, heard, and understood, we can work through challenging emotions and feel more connected to the different parts of ourselves.
Whether you’ve experienced trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, identity shifts, or just need an open ear, I’m here to support you on your healing journey.
We will explore thoughts, patterns, and emotions and help you understand what your nervous system needs to feel more safe, regulated, and resourced in times of stress or conflict.

I provide a safe environment for you to be yourself without judgement and for me to support your personalized goals for counselling. You may require an ear to listen, someone to problem solve with, or to explore why you may say or behave how you do. I use skills and training to support your needs.

“Pain and suffering are always inevitable for a large intelligence and a deep heart” writes Fyodor Dostoyevsky. This quote, though inspiring, leaves much unexplained. How do we transform our experiences of pain and suffering (i.e. anxiety, grief, depression, relationship discord) into the beauty of a deeper heart? Marcel Proust provides a clue, “We are healed of a suffering only by experiencing it to the full”. Thus, the transformation of suffering comes through full experience. In a society that tends to bury suffering, a guide specializing in unearthing its hidden potential is key.
