Hi, my name is Benoit. Navigating relationship dynamics can feel confusing and downright terrifying. If you have trouble feeling connected, seen and heard, and are missing a sense of belonging, I can help you cultivate new ways of maintaining healthier dynamics with others. This begins with relating to yourself and developing self-trust. We will learn the power of authenticity, boundaries, and vulnerability. I will support you to manage stressful situations, to gain clarity of your life, and to find your place in this vast world. I will help you recognize that you are never alone and that life can be full of joy and wonder!

I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating challenges, transitions, questions about identity, relationships, or simply a sense that something in life feels out of alignment.
My work is grounded in attachment, emotional awareness, and genuine connection. I'm curious about the patterns and experiences that shape how we relate to ourselves and others. I draw from CBT, narrative therapy, IFS-informed parts work, somatic awareness, and emotion-focused approaches, adapting therapy to each person's needs, strengths, and goals.

First, congrats on seeking help. Perhaps you've been trying to manage and change on your own up until now. Feeling like you need to be able to "handle" everything that life throws at you. Like you "should" be able to figure it all out somehow. Putting effort into changing, only to find yourself repeating patterns, feeling defeated, and stuck about what to do next. It is exhausting! Choosing to finally get help may feel hard, but honestly, from here it can get easier. You're getting off the rollercoaster of doing it alone! I've seen 1st hand for so many people how counselling can be a life changing.

Life is difficult. I work with clients to relieve pain and stress in their lives through somatic therapy, narrative therapy, psychoanalytic theory, and personality theory while using strategies such as CBT, with the goal of living a more meaningful life. As clients discover more about their morals and values, they understand more about their behaviour and emotions. Psychotherapy can be an incredible experience; I encourage clients to explore what is meaningful and purposeful in their life.

Hi there, I’m Graham. I work with individuals and folks in relationships (romantic, platonic, or professional) facing a broad range of challenges. I support clients struggling with the legacy of trauma; relationship concerns around communication, needs and boundaries, intimacy and sex, power dynamics, and systemic issues; as well as self-esteem, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and distressing emotions. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected in some aspect of your life, these are all things we can work on together in counselling.

I work with youth and adults who feel stuck in survival patterns—like substance use, emotional numbing, or overcontrol—that once helped them cope but now hold them back.
I draw from evidence-based and research-informed approaches—integrating EMDR, LENS Neurofeedback, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and somatic practices—to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. At the core of my work is an authentic, supportive relationship that fosters trust, self-awareness, and growth.

Have you ever felt like you're simply getting through each day on autopilot? Maybe your mind is constantly racing, your nervous system always seems to be on high alert, or you find yourself putting everyone else's needs before your own without really knowing how to ask for what you need. Perhaps you keep finding yourself in the same relationship patterns, feeling disconnected from yourself, or wondering why certain situations affect you so deeply. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, make sense of these experiences, and better understand the patterns that have shaped the way you think, feel, and relate.

Does food or your body take up far more mental space than you want it to? You may feel stuck in cycles of chronic dieting, body checking, shame around food, or confusing body signals. Stress, trauma, or self-criticism can show up as rigid food rules or anxiety about eating in social situations. You want support that treats you — not just behaviours — and helps you move toward a more peaceful relationship with food, body, and self.

People coming to see me have decided to take actions to improve their current situation. It can be about learning to deal better with stress, strong emotions, or a challenging life experience. It also mean they want to understand themselves better, notice unhealthy patterns and improve habits. It is ok if my clients feel a little uncertain at the beginning, I follow their speed and accompany them along the way.
