Life can be unsettling, overwhelming, even traumatic at times. Self-esteem can waiver, relationships can be difficult, we can become anxious, depressed, experience guilt, loss and sadness. All are normal parts of the human experience, yet not always easy to navigate on our own. My belief is that through a dialogical relationship with a compassionate other, while listening to the information our body provides, healing is very possible. I aim to create an environment which assists couples in acquiring skills to strengthen communication and connection. Individual uniqueness is celebrated as are an understanding of individual needs.

Using a depth-psychodynamic approach, I work primarily with individuals who seek a deeper understanding of their inner and outer worlds, and I am particularly fond of working with those in/around their Saturn Return—the quarterlifers (early 20s to mid 30s). Sessions may consist of: exploring your childhood patterns, relationships and attachment styles; analyzing dreams; inner child and shadow work; strengthening trust in your inner knowing; coaching around manifesting your life goals; somatic and mindfulness exercises; and compassionate confrontation around where you are stuck in your growth or blocking the progress of your healing.

I help clients navigate life's difficulties . When important relationships change, when habits and ways of being in the world take you away from what you really want. Sometimes we know it's time to make peace with some aspect of our past that's been draining our energy and preventing a healthier movement forward. I offer clients a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, stable and responsive to your needs. As a body-centred therapist working with trauma, I help you access the wisdom of your body, return to a more calm, self regulated state, and update the limiting beliefs that prevent the full expression of your potential.

I help men stop lying and start leading. I mostly serve men who are future-focussed, ready to invest in growth and willing to step into self-leadership. We confront the deeper truth, to address the obstacles and reverse engineer the lies & false belief's about the self. I work with mythic imagination & accountability to inspire personal growth & transformation. I see couples and teach the importance of sexual polarity, presence & healthy attachments. My focus is on purpose alignment, courage, expanding personal power & personal freedom, transforming anger into powerful leadership, turning fear into fuel & spiritual evolution.

Self Esteem Counsellors
Self-esteem lives on a spectrum: Not enough self-regard (or low self esteem) can lead people to become depressed, or to tolerate abusive situations and relationships. Too much self-love (or high self-esteem), results in an off-putting sense of entitlement and an inability to learn from failure. And it's occasionally a sign of clinical narcissism. Quite the opposite of being shy or shyness, yet still on the same spectrum.
