Healing and feeling better is a journey. I help clients build skills, confidence and knowledge to support them on that journey. I provide counselling for couples, and individuals. I help clients with a variety of mental health concerns including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. My clients are in charge of stating what they want to work on in therapy, but sometimes they need a bit more help understanding what's troubling them, and I help in this regard too. Non-judgement and unconditional positive regard is the general vibe clients can expect when working with me.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in patterns that keep you from thriving, or burdened by painful experiences, it can feel discouraging and isolating. This might look like barely being able to get through the day or you might appear totally fine on the outside, struggling to mask what's under the surface. Either way, it can be easy to lose sight of who you are, what matters to you, and where you want to go when you're hurting.
I offer a supportive space where you don’t have to hold everything on your own. The focus is on first creating an environment where you feel genuinely heard and where safety is tangibly felt.

Specialized in trauma processing (EMDR & EMDR 2.0).
- I work with clients (ages 14+) who've experienced trauma, which often comes with depression, anxiety, PTSD, CPTSD, low self-worth, chronic pain, maladaptive coping mechanisms, and other presentations.
- I also work with cumulative trauma (as seen in first responders, nurses, doctors, and 911 employees), in addition to medical and birth trauma.
How we reach your goals: I spend the first few sessions hearing your issues and mapping out a clear EMDR treatment plan with respect to your concerns (if you're looking for EMDR). We also do talk therapy as little or as much as you prefer.

When anxiety takes over, it’s often your body’s way of asking for help. Racing thoughts, poor sleep, low mood, or constant tension can be signs of deeper imbalance in your nervous system, your hormones, or even your gut. I help you uncover the root causes of your anxiety so you can heal from the inside out.

Children and teens don't always express what they're going through in the same way as adults. Your child or teen may be navigating autism, ADHD, anxiety, big emotions, school stress, friendships, self-esteem, behavioural challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed. I begin with connection and safety, using play and creativity with younger children and a more conversational, collaborative approach with teens. With 9 years of experience in behavioural therapy, I look beneath behaviour with curiosity and compassion while helping young people feel understood, accepted, and supported.

You’ve been holding it all together through the pain, stress, and the quiet weight of disconnection. It might be showing up as tension in your body, exhaustion, anxiety, or feeling stuck despite doing “everything right.”
Many of my clients are high achieving, current or former athletes, or people who’ve learned to push through and carry on. Beneath that strength is often a quiet longing for rest, clarity, and the space to be fully themselves. They’re not seeking a quick fix. They want to feel more at home in their body, soften their inner critic, and reconnect with their own wisdom in a way that feels steady, meaningful, and real.

Healing is not about becoming someone new, but remembering who you were before the world asked you to forget. Trauma, stress, oppression, and relational wounds can leave you feeling fragmented or unsure of yourself. I believe we are born whole, and that over time through trauma, adversity, harmful systems, or painful experiences, parts of us adapt to survive. In counselling, we gently meet these parts with compassion and curiosity, creating space for safety, clarity, and Self-led healing so you can live balanced and unburdened. Healing is possible, and I believe that you already have a deep well of wisdom and resilience within you.
