I believe we all have innate resilience and capacity for wellness – sometimes, when we encounter trauma, loss, or stress, we lose touch with those strengths. We may struggle with worry, hopelessness, self-criticism, or feel "stuck." Our relationships may suffer. At these times, we all need and deserve support. I work with each client to build self-compassion, confidence and regulation, gain insight, and grow skills for wellbeing. To me, safe, empathic relationships are the foundation of health and growth. I strive to create a safe space for clients, and attune to the heart of an issue, so that deep, lasting change can occur.
