A life and mind out of balance create stress, worry, anxiety, overthinking, indecision, depression, confusion, self-doubt and self-loathing. This can feel like an endless cycle of suffering, stagnation, or pain that is lasting "too long." Fulfillment and meaning in life arise when we learn to reconcile our thoughts with our experience, when we stop doing and simply be. Many find that sitting and talking in therapy help to an extent, but when we engage our felt sense and physical being, we begin to deeply know and develop trust in ourselves and in our ability to heal, cope and feel well.
