Hey, life sucks sometimes. That's ok, that's supposed to happen. When life starts to suck a lot, that's when it's not ok. The world is a crazy place right now; dividing, polarizing, uncertain, and full of unpredictable stuff. That compounds with our own life stuff (stress from work, relationships, finances, socializing, family obligations, etc) and it can feel really tough to manage. This is where I come in. I can help with the "not feeling ok", the bursts of anger, the periods of sadness, the fog of confusion/uncertainty, the loneliness and isolation, the "what's wrong with me"'s. Let's figure that shit out.
