People living with borderline personality disorder (BPD) and complex PTSD are often misunderstood. Many of my clients come to therapy carrying the weight of trauma, stigma, shame, and feeling like they have to hide parts of themselves just to be accepted. You don't have to do that here. I'm deeply passionate about supporting people with BPD and helping change the way it is understood. I believe that every behaviour makes sense in the context of a person's experiences, and that healing begins when we move away from asking, "What's wrong with you?" and start asking, "What happened to you?"
The relationship we build together is at the heart of therapy. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My approach is warm, relational, attuned, and non-judgmental. Together, we'll make sense of your experiences, navigate intense emotions, heal from trauma, and build a life that feels more connected and meaningful.

I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and IFS through a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and anti-stigma lens.
