My experience is expansive as it ranges from therapy in the health care setting, to private therapy and supporting trauma clients. I have worked with a variety of clients but not limited to, mental health, palliative care, bereavement support, and long-term care clients.

Another unique skill I offer is supervising entry-to-practice therapists looking to gain experience in becoming Registered Psychotherapists. I utilize various psychotherapeutic modalities such as Rogerian Client-Centered Therapy, CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, Logotherapy, Existential therapy, Narrative Therapy and EFT.

I also offer spiritually integrated psychotherapy as I incorporate hope and meaning based on your belief system. I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable to be yourself. You can expect confidentiality, respect, and empathy as the foundation of our therapeutic alliance.
