Welcome—I'm Jenna.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with 20 years of experience supporting children, teens, high‑performance athletes, women and families. My work focuses on children ages 3–11, teens ages 12–24, families and women navigating the challenges and transitions that come with various stages of life.
I provide evidence‑based, developmentally attuned counselling that helps clients build confidence, clarity, and resilience. I support a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, disordered eating, emotional regulation, women's wellbeing, family transitions, co‑parenting concerns, and performance athletes.
My approach is grounded in Interpersonal Process Theory—the belief that meaningful change happens within a safe, trusting, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a space where children, youth, caregivers and women can pause, learn, and strengthen their foundation for whatever comes next.
I draw from extensive training in play therapy, sand therapy, CBT, DBT, eating disorder treatment, child‑parent relationship therapy, performance coaching, and trauma‑informed practice. I tailor therapy to each client’s age, developmental stage, and unique needs.
