I strive to help clients find their strengths and develop a healthy way to navigate through life's challenges.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor working with individuals who are seeking help for disordered eating, trauma, depression, anxiety and parenting. My intention is to support individuals as they make positive and useful changes in their life.

In therapy I use a variety of techniques tailored to an individuals needs. I work with clients to help them express feelings, learn to tolerate difficult emotions, and examine their belief system. To support our work together I integrate Adlerian, Hypnosis, Somatic Experiencing and CBT techniques creating balance in therapy.
