I have over 20 years of experience working with youth and adults, in individual and couple/family settings using modalities including DBT, CBT,mindfulness, etc.
I have a particular expertise in working with issues related to gender identity and sexual orientation including questioning, coming out, hormone treatment, etc. I draw from a diverse background of work which has included working with substance abuse, childhood sexual abuse and violence in intimate relationships.
