If you identify as neurodivergent, you likely relate to the feeling of a square peg trying to fit into a round hole. I have ADHD and am a parent to an autistic teen and an ADHD teen. I get how challenging life can be while also recognizing that each person, family, and relationship is completely unique. I aim to create a safe, comfortable space where we can work together to help you live the life you want in a way that works for you! Together we will look at what really matters to you, what you want/need more or less of, and what gets in your way. With all of that awareness we can explore how you move in the direction you want.

You will hear me say progress, not perfection - a lot! This isn't about big, sweeping changes. It takes time, practice, and patience. I know, I know...patience is a tricky one! So we will also talk about self-compassion and ways to remember why you want to make changes.

Let's shed the shoulds and shouldn'ts. As a ND person you might struggle with perfectionism, people pleasing, self-judgement, and a whole bunch of other challenges developed when trying to fit into that round hole when you are actually a square peg.
