I am a clinical counselling intern providing therapy to individuals and families using a client-centred, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach. I believe healing begins in a safe, supportive relationship where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. I offer a collaborative space to explore emotions, build insight, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change at a pace that feels right. I am completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and practice under clinical supervision. Upon graduation, I plan to register as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.
