I specialize in helping clients with Anxiety, Performance Anxiety, Burnout, Depression, PTSD, addiction, and Emotional Regulation. Some additional areas of interest for me are working with immigrants, athletes, and those in the health sector, including first responders and nurses. I work with my clients to help them both discover their goals and work towards them together.
I primarily utilize CBT and psychoeducation while working hand in hand with my clients to help them achieve their goals. I also have a multicultural background as a person born in Nigeria, who learned how to read and write in England, spent their formative years in America, and has now been in Canada for over a decade.
I am located in Calgary, Alberta, and provide in-person virtual sessions. I am accepting new clients across Alberta.
