Once you realize your rough patch has been going on too long It can be overwhelming to even think about what you need to get through it. Perhaps you already know what you need, but you could still benefit from someone to walk alongside you in your journey. Maybe you've got everything about yourself figured out, and you simply want to explore how to cope in a world that is systemically oppressive in more ways than you can count on both hands. Regardless of where you stand, I am happy to offer you a place where we can collaborate to establish your needs and work towards the life you want.
My primary areas of focus include anxiety, burnout, neurodivergence, and the unique challenges that come with queer expression in dynamic settings. While much of my practice is informed by my lived experiences being neurodivergent and non-binary, I place a strong emphasis on understanding each of my clients and tailoring my practice to their unique needs.
Overall, I bring 10+ years of experience in different mental health care roles working with diverse populations. This has led me to practice in a way that recognizes the systems we live within, and how they affect different populations in various ways. Central to my practice is the exploration of how we can value, accept, and challenge the norms we abide by.
