Do you struggle with feeling disconnected from yourself and others? Do you put your own needs at the bottom of the to-do list and are experiencing worrisome thoughts? Do you wonder why this is happening or hope that somehow life will get better? Happier? Now more than ever, people are feeling anxious, stressed, overwhelmed, and lost when trying to understand their needs and wants, overcome difficult relationships with their peers/family/partners, or moving past relational trauma. Pushing away your needs and not taking time for yourself can lead to long-term issues for your mind and body.

I aim to cultivate a curiosity and deep understanding over your past and current experiences before working proactively toward everyday solutions. I bring a sense of genuineness and authenticity to my work with you, using an integrated approach of attachment therapy, somatic practices, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). Now offering EMDR for trauma.
I believe you are important and know that your needs, desires, and relationships matter to you; finding contentment and living the life you want shouldn't be so hard. With compassion and grace, we will work together towards improving your thoughts and feelings, and explore your unique variety of strengths for overcoming the challenges you are facing.
