I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate the lasting impacts of trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. Together, we’ll create a space where your story is heard, your pain is honored, and healing becomes possible. I am Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT), Registered Psychotherapist (RP), and an EMDR Trained Therapist, licensed to work in Nova Scotia and Ontario. I specialize in working with trauma and PTSD, particularly with individuals who have experienced abuse, neglect, or complex trauma. I work with adolescents, adults, elderly, newcomers, immigrants, veterans, trauma victims and indigenous population.
Sessions will include history-taking, therapeutic tools to explore thoughts, feelings, and physical experiences in safe environment. I will help you in utilizing helpful coping skills to cope, and skills to strengthen the positive things in life. We can also revisit past trauma with safety and compassion if you feel ready.
