I work with survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual violence, and relational trauma, as well as adolescents and adults navigating stress, life transitions, family conflict, and identity struggles. As someone with lived experience in these areas, I understand the courage it takes to reach out for help.
In our work together, I draw from Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed approaches. Sessions are always tailored to your needs—whether that means processing difficult experiences, learning new coping skills, or strengthening your sense of self.
My goal is to provide a safe, collaborative space where you can be your authentic self. Together, we’ll work toward reducing anxiety, building self-worth, improving emotional regulation, and creating meaningful change that supports your healing and growth.
