You might look like you’re holding it together, but inside, you're exhausted. Repeating the same relationship patterns, reacting more intensely than you want to, overthinking situations long after they happen, or struggling to feel secure in yourself and your decisions. You might understand some of these patterns already but still feel unsure how to change them. I support individuals and couples, age 16 and older, who are navigating painful or difficult relationship patterns, complex trauma, emotion dysregulation and anger, low self-worth, anxiety and rumination, ADHD-related challenges, and the emotional impact of female hair loss.

I work with older adolescents, emerging adults, and adults of all ages and stages who who are seeking support with anxiety (including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and OCD), low mood, self-confidence, identity development, academic or work-related stress, relationship and family challenges, and uncertainty about the future.
I also have specialized training in working with individuals with ADHD, and enjoy helping clients better understand how their brains work while developing strategies that allow them to thrive.
