I am a registered clinical counselor with a Master of Counselling from Trinity Western University, Langley, British Columbia and over 12 years of experience I have developed my interest in people through my own life experience and travels. I love people and it is my desire to meet clients where they are at and walk along side them to places of emotional, spiritual and relational peace and growth. I am fascinated by neuroplasticity and the repair that happens during therapy.
I work with clients who are dealing with anger, anxiety, depression, marriage and family issues. I specialize in Life-span Integration (LI) www.lifespanintegration.com and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SPI) www.sensorimotorpsychotherapy.org , helping clients deal with childhood issues, trauma and PTSD. I work with individuals, couples, families and groups.
