I work with women navigating the perinatal journey—fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, identity shifts, and the weight of grief or trauma. Many are balancing the demands of motherhood, exhaustion, and the reshaping of who they are becoming. I also provide clinical supervision to therapists and other perinatal professionals creating honest, thoughtful conversations about building competence, navigating challenges, and learning how to care for clients while caring for yourself.

I offer a space that’s steady, compassionate, and grounded in real life. We’ll sort through what’s heavy, name what matters, and build something that feels doable. Whether you’re in the thick of it or holding it together on the outside, we’ll work together toward clarity, relief, and meaningful change.
