I offer BOTH in person or virtual appointments. I specialize in working with parental and perinatal mental health, anxiety, stress, and trauma. I offer compassion and understanding to create a safe environment to explore difficult issues and intense emotions. Being a parent can be so challenging especially when we are fighting with our own mental health. By working together we can move towards healing. Therapy can kick start our journey of parenthood, self-acceptance, autonomy, purpose in life, positive relations, change and happiness.
My passion is to work with individuals to explore their inner strengths, resources, and achieve growth; while creating a supportive, confidential, safe, and non-judgmental space for your healing. I will actively listen to your concerns with empathy, compassion, trust, and care; working in collaboration to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Our approach to therapy will be person-centered and eclectic. I utilize approaches from various modalities to individualize therapy according to your needs. I am flexible and encourage collaboration in therapy. I offer phone or video consults, free of charge, to help break the ice. I would be happy to meet with you to see if I can meet your needs.
