Accepting New Clients - I know how intimidating and difficult it can be to reach out for help and take that first step towards personal growth and self-discovery. I am grateful that I get to accompany my clients during this journey. I work from a biopsychosocial framework. I know that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy and I aim to customize my approach according to each client and their individual needs. I have a great deal of experience supporting individuals who are struggling with addiction.
I come from an immigrant family, so I can understand how difficult it can be to navigate the cultural conflict one may experience when being raised in a different country from their parents. I hope to provide you with a safe, non-judgemental, and warm environment where you can share your story and experiences.
I have completed my Masters in Counseling Psychology at Yorkville University. I also have a B.A Honours in Psychology from Trent University and a Graduate Certificate in Addictions and Mental Health from Durham College.
