I work from an attachment-based perspective, helping individuals and couples better understand their patterns in relationships and create more secure, connected ways of relating.
Whether you’re feeling stuck in conflict, struggling to communicate, or wanting to rebuild closeness after difficult experiences, we’ll work together to slow things down, make sense of emotions, and strengthen connection.
I also support concerns such as emotional regulation, grief, life transitions, family roles, anger, and self-esteem.
Appointments are available for individuals (14+) and couples, with direct billing for most insurance providers.
Alongside my formal education and ongoing professional development, my clinical approach is informed by lived experience. Having navigated a long-term relationship and parenting both an adult child and a teenager, I bring an informed perspective to the relational challenges, developmental transitions, and emotional complexities clients may encounter.
I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the individual or couple in front of me. While family and friends can be important sources of support, many people find it helpful to speak with a professional who offers a non-judgmental, attentive space to talk openly, gain clarity, and feel understood.
