Somatic Healing Space for BIPOC
This is a virtual group for Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC) looking for a safer, non-judgmental space for community, co-creation and healing. The group is based on Somatic Experiencing and the Tao of Trauma (5 elements Chinese Medicine). It follows the seasons of Winter, Spring, Summer, Late Summer and fall; and runs on the following dates March 4th, April 1st, May 13th, June 24th, Sept/Oct tbd.
