I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed space where individuals and youth can process and make sense of difficult experiences, including trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, perinatal loss, and domestic or sexual violence. I bring over 9 years of experience working with youth facing behavioural challenges, as well as with victims and trauma survivors.
